From booking to review — here’s what to expect.

Select the service you need. Choose from our menu of services (oil change, tire assistance, battery, diagnostics, and more) and pick a time and location that work for you.
Get assigned a mechanic. We'll assign a top-rated and experienced mechanic near you.
We come to you. The mechanic arrives at your chosen address. They’ll greet you, confirm the purchase order, and show ID so you know they’re the right MINZO technician.
Service and cleanup. The mechanic performs the service. Cleanliness is a top priority: we leave your space sparkly clean with no residue or debris.
Pay and review. You’re charged for the work. Then you can leave a star rating and written review for your mechanic to help other customers.
